Hey ya’ll! I’m doubling these up (you will see why shortly), but lets start off with Living Fit by Ronnie W. Floyd.
I have been trying to read this book for months now and I will be honest with you, it was a struggle. I love the concept of the book overall, but I just wasn’t meshing with the authors tone from the get go. I may hold on to this book and read it again later, or I may gift it to a friend or my husband (I feel like a man may be able to relate better to this.) That may be a major reason for the disconnect for me, I don’t think I have read a book from a male author in quite some time!
Overall: This book had some really good information in it, but I just couldn’t connect well enough to the author to enjoy reading the book. There are quite a few “highlighted” quotes throughout the book (in the margin and in bold) and I personally may have enjoyed just reading through those more than reading the book as a whole.
