Studying the Bible

BIBLES

ESV Journaling –
Single Column Bible
Highly recommend this bible for those who would like to start bible journaling and/or note taking.

Gel Highlighters
These highlighters are great for highlighting in a Bible with thinner pages, since they don’t bleed through.

CSB Day by Day Chronological Bible – *This is the Bible I am currently using!
This is a Bible set up for daily study for a whole year, but it doesn’t have the dates listed – so you can start whenever you like and keep up as you are able!

ESV Study Bible – Really detailed and great study bible tool!

YouVersion – A great Bible app that has nifty reading plans you can read (and participate in together with friends!!!) right on your phone wherever you are!

BIBLE STUDY

Growth Book
by Growth Roots Co.
*This is my current Bible Study companion + so much more! I write my Bible study notes in my Growth Book as well as journal, write notes from the books I am reading or podcasts I am listening to. They have turned into my yearly collection of all that I have learned, and I love them!

Give Me Jesus Journal
by Well Watered Women
I used the Give Me Jesus Journal for many years and have gifted many to others! This is a great companion to your Bible study!

Write the Word Journal
by Cultivate What Matters
On each page, you’ll get a selection of specially-selected key verses to write out, along with space to write your thoughts, prayers, or whatever God places on your heart. This is great for a quick daily commitment to reading the Word by simply writing it out! My kids have the kids version that they use for Bible work in the mornings!

The Bible Handbook
by The Daily Grace Co.
This is just one of the many wonderful Bible study tools you can find over at Daily Grace Co!

BIBLE JOURNALING

Illustrated Bible
This Bible was created for Bible journaling! The feature I love about this one are a 4 inch margin to journal + create in and it is wire bound so you can fold it back like a notebook and work on one flat page. It is only available from DaySpring, and it is only available in the CSB edition (which I love so this is another bonus!)

Illustrated FaithDigital downloads
I love the cute designs from Illustrated faith! They have a team and come out with new designs each week. I download and save these on my external drive to print and use as needed. You can print them out on regular paper then cut them out and glue them on your Bible page. Or my favorite way to use them, is to print them out on Clear sticker paper and then cut them out and stick them on that way. (It is a full page of sticker so it requires no set up, just put the sticker paper in the paper feed of your printer and print out like a normal sheet of paper.)

STICKERS

WASHI TAPE

Gel Highlighters
These are great for highlighting in a Bible with thinner pages, since they don’t bleed through.
